How do I plan a post?

Tap +, give the post a title and turn on Scheduled to pick a day and time. Choose the format and platforms, add the caption whenever it fits. Without a date, the post waits in Ideas.

How do I save an idea from another app?

Tap the share button in Safari, TikTok, YouTube or any other app and choose Postbeat. The link and text become a new idea. If Postbeat isn't in the row, scroll to the end, tap More and turn it on.

How do reminders work?

Turn on Remind me in a scheduled post. Postbeat then sends a notification at the planned time. If nothing arrives, check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Postbeat.

Pro, sync and devices

How do I use Postbeat on my Mac or in the browser?

With Pro, sign in on your iPhone under Settings → Account with Apple, Google or email. Install Postbeat from the Mac App Store or open app.getpostbeat.app and sign in with the same account. Your posts sync live.

I bought Pro but it isn't active

Open Settings → Pro and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple account you bought Pro with. On the web, Pro is linked to your Postbeat account, so sign in on your iPhone once after buying.

How do I cancel Pro?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Postbeat. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Your posts are never deleted when Pro ends.

Where did my posts go after signing in?

When you sign in for the first time, the posts on your iPhone are uploaded to your account. If you sign out, Postbeat removes the synced posts from that device, and they come back when you sign in again.

Connect AI

How do I connect Claude or ChatGPT?

In Postbeat, open Settings → Connect AI and tap Create connection link. Copy it, it's shown only once.
Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste the link.
ChatGPT: Settings → Apps & Connectors, add the link as a new app (developer mode may be required).
Then ask: “Save these ideas to Postbeat” or “What's planned next week?”.

Is the link safe?

Whoever has the link can read and change your posts, so keep it private. You can create a new link or disconnect at any time in Settings → Connect AI. The old link stops working immediately.

Your data

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete account, in the app or the web app. Your account and all synced posts are deleted from our server right away. An active subscription must be cancelled separately with Apple.
